Perrino & Associates is comprised of experienced staff well-versed in property management issues.  Our portfolio includes residential and commercial condominiums, office buildings, retail and industrial properties. Perrino & Associates has successfully represented private and Board ownerships as property liaison, working on behalf of property Owners with tenants, public, banking and government authorities, legal counsel, contractors, architects, brokers and other such entities.

MANAGEMENT TEAM


Barbara Perrino, RPA, President:  Barbara Perrino has over 30 years' professional experience in property management, specializing in condominium and commercial properties.  A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she is a designated Real Property Administrator® with the Building Owners & Managers Institute International® (BOMII).  Her past positions include Commercial Division Manager for Phoenix Property Management, Inc. and Sr. Commercial Property Manager with Eastland Property Management Co.  She has served for 11 years as a Board member for the Rhode Island Building Owners Association® (RIBO), is a member of the Properties Committee for the Boy Scouts of Rhode Island and a Trustee of Advent House.  She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute®, Providence Chamber of Commerce and Rhode Island Girl Scouts Properties Task Force.


Elizabeth Hanley, Esq., Director of Operations:  Elizabeth Hanley provides professional oversight of company operations.  She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Business Administration, Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, achieving Honors in course work with a concentration in real estate and business law.  Her ability to evaluate, determine a proactive course of action, and timely follow through on the myriad issues involved in property management in invaluable to our operations.  Elizabeth is a member of the RI Bar Association, Title & Standards Committee, New England Land Title Association (NELTA), Providence Jewelry District Association, RI Building Owners Association and the Community Associations Institute.

Joann Chan-Conti, Accounting Manageri:  Our Accounting Department is headed up by Joann Chan-Conti, Accounting Manager. Joann is a graduate of Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration, major in Financial Accounting, and minor in Psychology. Her work history includes Assistant Controller at Hennessy Dexter Road Property Management, East Providence, RI and Accounting Manager at GBA Health Network Systems, Inc. in Warwick, RI. Joann's experience includes teaching use of QuickBooks accounting software; her extensive knowledge of accounting systems and financial reports, combined with a dynamic management style, has proven to be a valuable asset to our operations.
