COMPANY PROFILE

Perrino & Associates is comprised of experienced staff well-versed in property management issues.  Our portfolio includes residential and commercial condominiums, office buildings, retail and industrial properties. Perrino & Associates has successfully represented private and Board ownerships as property liaison, working on behalf of property Owners with tenants, public, banking and government authorities, legal counsel, contractors, architects, brokers and other such entities.

MANAGEMENT TEAM


Barbara Perrino, RPA, President:  Barbara Perrino has over 30 years' professional experience in property management, specializing in condominium and commercial properties.  A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she is a designated Real Property Administrator® with the Building Owners & Managers Institute International® (BOMII).  Her past positions include Commercial Division Manager for Phoenix Property Management, Inc. and Sr. Commercial Property Manager with Eastland Property Management Co.  She has served for 11 years as a Board member for the Rhode Island Building Owners Association® (RIBO), is a member of the Properties Committee for the Boy Scouts of Rhode Island and a Trustee of Advent House.  She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute®, Providence Chamber of Commerce and Rhode Island Girl Scouts Properties Task Force.


Kenneth Perreira, Controller:  Our Accounting Department is headed up by Kenneth Perreira, Controller.  A graduate of Fisher College, Mr. Perreira's work experience includes Controller with Seacrest Medical Center in Middletown and Cost/Accountant/Service Representative with The Foxon Company in Providence.  Ken's extensive knowledge of Accounting systems and reporting, management experience and attention to detail has proven to be a valuable assest to our operations and our clients.  Adept at working with our customized property management module of QuickBooks Pro®, Ken has been able to provide reporting to meet a multitude of unique requirements for the properties we manage.  These include reports for financed capital projects, condominium special assessments, and property rehab projects.

Elizabeth Hanley, Esq., Executive Assistant:  Elizabeth Hanley, our esteemed Executive Assistant, is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Business Administration, Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, achieving Honors in course work with a concentration in real estate and business law.  Elizabeth’s ability to evaluate, determine a proactive course of action, and timely follow through on the myriad issues involved in the legal aspects of property management is invaluable to our operations and our clients.  Elizabeth is a member of the RI Bar Association, the RI Bar Association Title & Standards Committee, and New England Land Title Association (NELTA).
